Order Fulfillment

All Products are stocked in our warehouse at limited levels. If looking to purchase large quantities of an item. Please send an email to wallacelocoworks@gmail.com . If any items is out of stock please allow 36-72 hours for them to come back into stock. We DO NOT accept Back Orders at this time . This is to allow for mechanical errors and time restraints . 

During the weekend hours, we do not fulfill any orders and any orders placed after 5:PM EST Friday will Ship Monday. Please allow up to 24-36 hours for an item to ship. 

Shipping 

Shipping rates are automatically generated by USPS based on location. Wallace Locomotive Works does not have any control of the prices set by the USPS. If a number seems absolutely high, please contact wallacelocoworks@gmail.com with concerns as sometimes an error does happen.  If a customer orders an item and makes a second order. We will refund the balance of shipping

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by either party if product has not shipped. Cancellations by the client will be refunded minus any PayPal fee. Any custom made orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Returns

All sales are final. Sometimes parts break due to shipping error , or defective during manufacturing. If there is any issues please email wallacelocoworks@gmail.com with photos of the problem. Parts will be replaced at no cost with free shipping.  Defective or damaged parts can be kept and disposed of as needed. We take pride in our products and stand behind them.
