Q:" Do these Couplers work with Accumate , Sergent , Horn Hook Couplers ? "  

A: No, During testing we tried all styles to make sure they would be universal but as of now they do NOT work with any other brands but what is mentioned

Q:" My EOT  keeps falling out of the coupler, How do I fix this  "  

A: These EOT's were designed to have a snug fit when placed inside the coupler, It is recommended to add a dab of Microscale Kristal Klear on the EOT to keep it in place. Once dry it will easily come off without issue 

Q:" Can you offer light kits for the EOT ?  "  

A: Due to Patent issues with other manufactures, We CANNOT offer this at this time 

Q:" My EOT broke during use, Can I get refund ? "  

A: Accidents happen , we understand. We stand behind our products and we will work with you. Please email us with a picture of the problem and we can send you a replacement or refund.
